“ I love this place. It’s so good. I went for the first time. The waiter was so nice. Wish I knew his name. He provided amazing service! The meats came so fast. They were on it with switching the plates so our meat doesn’t stick. The soju was great! All the food was fresh my favorite was the Brisket was so thin. I loved it. Bulgogi with pineapple was tasty! ”
“ Overall the place was a good experience and the food was delicious. I would go back but there were a few things that would cause me to potentially want to try somewhere else to test out the competition. Firstly, refilling drinks should not be the thing that the table longs for. Secondly, the gratuity/service fee for a larger party lacked transparency. The wording makes it seem as if it is not the gratuity charge when in fact it is. When asked, even an employee could not answer to what the "service fee" was, when in fact it was the gratuity. If this is your way of milking more tips out of customers then I'd say it is a little unethical in the way it is displayed/communicated. ”
“ I absolutely love this place! Service is fast since they bring you everything uncooked and you gotta do it yourself at your table, but that's where the fun is. The food is good, the drinks are good. My only complaint with this place is that they only do reservations if your party is above a service body count. I wish they did reservations for everyone period, regardless of party size. ”
